The Challenge of Champions (Homebrew)

The Challenge of Champions is a completely homebrewed world with homebrewed monsters and magical items. I'm a cartographer and have made many of the maps myself. I ran this campaign with my friends and we had tons of fun so I thought I'd bring it to the Roll20 community for a second iteration. The campaign takes place in Kanonia, an island nation roughly the size of New Zealand in recovery after a long and brutal war. The players will start their journeys in the town of Painted Shores, a medium sized fishing village with a large boarding school. Players will start at level 1 as 17 year old characters attending the school together. Character level progression will be fairly slow but will likely eventually get to level 8. Word gets out that the gods Selune and Chauntea made a deal with Tempest to end the war in exchange for hosting an immense series of challenges for the mortals to compete in. The Challenge of Champions, as it's called, will bring any heroes on a series of demanding battles and tasks to prove their strength and win a tremendous prize. The campaign will be fairly roleplay heavy and video is requires via discord. Character creation is limited to the Players Handbook, Tasha's, and Xanathars with some exceptions. This game is LGBTQ+ friendly. The day of the week of sessions will be determined at session zero but will be restricted to three hour sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday nights EST.
