teach me: shadowrun 5th

Hello , i would like to be able to one day play / run a game of shadowrun 5,
however i do not have enough time to spend on reading through the rules
to learn a whole new rpg atm.
I used to play a lot of boardgames, complex ones where one of us,
sometimes me , read the rules and explained the rules ,
however long that explanation took.
I would like someone to explain all the mechanics to me ,
so that maybe one day i would be able to run a game myself .
That and it would take a lot less time reading through rules i have already learned.
As well as perhaps explaining a bit more of the world to me ,
to know some of the things that are possible in shadowrun.
So if you like jabbering on about shadowrun,
and dont mind giving an indepth explanation of the rules,
hit me up , i would like to learn it once our schedules converge for a skype session.
