Moon of Destiny/ That One Wish

Are all living things bound by this thing call fate? a mysterious merchant in a hurry to reach Halldrins' deep, a woman with ruby-red eyes, a burned portrait, a ruthless gang and a secret coup. could everything we do be predetermined, or do we craft our own destiny?

Halldrins' deep: a sprawling cityscape filled with all walks of life, it rest at the base of Mt.Suul in what once was a dwarven fortress. known for their massive coal mines and steel production, these recources allowed Halldrins' deep to prosper and grow rapidly. but at what cost? whilst the the middle and upper ring hold their heads high behind their pristine white walls, the rest of Halldrins' deep is ravaged by crime syndicates and wallows in pollution from the massive mines and its plethora of foundries.

This is my second run of this campaign and my 2nd time being a GM. since the first impromptu 1-shot went so well I've decided to run this again as a 1-shot to expand the pool of players so that the adventure can continue forward.

My goal for this is to create a world set in the forgotten realms/D&D multiverse and to be able to gain a group of player new or old to D&D and be able to play this preferably on a weekly basis.

this is a RP focused story with combat thrown in, if you are looking for a hardcore hack-n'-slash adventure this isn't for you. on the other hand if you enjoy a loose questing/storydriven/RP fantasy adventure post a application below stating the following.

-Your screen name or what you go by IRL and age.

-Your character's name/race/class/backstory blurb/religion(if applicable) [no LE, NE or CE alignments.]
you may upto 2 characters in your application(standard stat array). obscure races are permitted(including drow, draught, etc.) as long as you post a link to a source and it gets a thumbs up from myself. (races from E5 PH are obviously pre-approved)

-Your availability in CST, I plan on running the sessions Saturday evenings after 5pm CST. I need reliable players whose schedules line up or are very close to mine.
(i fully understand real life is a thing.) no shows will be replaced.
