The person running this game has chosen to make it available for any player to join. Please remember that your safety and comfort are always paramount on Roll20, so you may always choose to leave if this group does not work for you. |
The sound of a horn echoes in the distance right after the first volley of arrows have hit the trees around you. You hear a cacophony of voices yell out in zeal. "To the glory of Oberon and his hunt!" Your stay in the outskirts of Nenyon Woods that was assured to be short and relaxing is turning into anything but.
Alongside your travelling companions, delve into this combat-heavy one shot to defend yourself against a troupe of beings dead set on making you their next prey.
Character Creation
The Fae's Hunt is a One Shot intro event for Fairytold, is for 3-6 level 4 characters, and should take around 3 hours to complete.
Please create a level 4 character with a maximum of 1 multiclass, using Point buy or Standard array for skills and Max HP for level 1. You will then get the average for the remaining levels. Starting equipment + 100gp to buy non-magical items
Everything from Wizards of the Coast is allowed for character creation. You will have access to our compendium with every module to create your character.
D&D Beyond will not be allowed, you will have to use Charactermancer. You can either use an empty character sheet provided or import your character. We will be more than happy to provide assistance if needed.

A word from your DM
At 14, I experienced a single session of D&D 3.5. I was much too young to DM correctly. Yet, I continued trying. First with my brother’s friend groups and, eventually, with my own ones. I’ve explored systems and worlds and still craft new ones to this day, over 10 years later.
D&D 5e came into my life during quite a confusing time, and it served as a powerful medium to channel my creativity. It is where I finally completed my first campaign as a DM. What an explosive conclusion it was! It made every effort worth it.
It is with that experience that I’ve come into my style of DMing that focuses on cooperative storytelling. I want to be able to create a canvas to be detailed for and by players. If you wish to build a character focused on ghosts, then let’s develop the spiritual realm of the world! A bounty hunter with underworld connections? Time to make that underworld! You make my worlds much better with your insight.
In terms of subjects, I share a lot of themes with the cosmic horror genre, but with a twist that I wish to allow humanity to be able to face the threats that are supposed to be far beyond our reach. Bittersweet but hopeful stories. I would be more than happy to welcome you within those tales.
