Odyssey of the Dragonlords (Monday)

In a land where even the gods are bound by oaths and prophecies...

At the dawn of time, a war between the gods and Titans left the world of Thylea forever changed. Thousands of years later, the first mortals arrived, carried by ship and dragon.
The Dragonlords were the champions who overthrew the Titans 500 years ago and forged the Oath of Peace. But the power of the Oath has waned, and now the Titans seek vengeance.
You are one of the heroes called by prophecy to end the conflict once and for all. Poets will sing of your deeds for centuries to come... if you survive.

Odyssey of the Dragonlords is an ancient Greek mythology themed D&D adventure written by the former BioWare creative directors behind classic games such as Baldur's Gate 1 & 2, Neverwinter Nights, Dragon Age: Origins, Mass Effect 1 & 2 and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.

Join with other prophesied heroes to undertake an epic quest to save the world of Thylea, sail the islands of the Forgotten Sea, and battle the Titans. If you prove yourself worthy you may even get to ride a dragon like the Dragonlords of old!

Players can choose an Epic Path at character creation that will provide additional backstory, quests and rewards. They also provide a mythic archetype for the character, so that each player can feel like one of the great heroes of Greek mythology, such as Heracles, Achilles or Odysseus. This module also includes six unique playable races taken from Greek mythology (such as Minotaurs, Nymphs and Sirens), as well as new subclasses for each base class.

A Free players guide is provided for this module which can be found at DrivethruRPG: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/267073/Odyssey-of-the-Dragonlords-Players-Guide

About me

I’ve been playing rpgs in one form or another for over 20 years now and I have been a D&D GM for 5 years. I took to being a GM from the very first game I tried and haven’t looked back; running 1-2 campaigns a week ever since then.

I take pride in all my campaigns having very high productions values as well as varied and interesting encounters. The only campaigns I run on this site are ones with which I have prior experience and have played through with other players, so all of the little problems and troubles you can run into will have been sorted before you ever see a battlemap!

I want my players to have the best experience I can possibly give them and I’m always open to feedback on how I can make the game as enjoyable as possible.

GM style

I have a pretty flexible GM style, running games that range from heavy roleplay to combat focused. I put a lot of effort into adjusting the campaign to the player characters and enjoy using homebrew monsters and encounters; you won’t be fighting ten copies of the same enemy in any of my campaigns!

Rather than try and explain in detail what I’m like as a GM I’ve put together some videos taken from an Odyssey of the Dragonlords campaign I’m currently running. This should hopefully give you a good idea of whether my style suits you.

Combat encounter: The Heroes of Prophecy must face a band of Amazons and their beasts of war.

Social encounter: The Heroes of Prophecy must persuade a rambunctious band of Satyrs to help them with a quest.
