Eberron: Oracle of War

Eberron, an ancient land left scarred by the Last War, where the splintered nations that once formed the Empire of Galifar vie for supremacy. The year is 999 YK, three years since the Treaty of Thronehold ended the century long war, and five years since the land of Cyre was consumed in a calamity now known as the Mourning brought the various warring sides to the negotiation table. The world has now entered a peaceful, but tense, period as the countries that once formed the empire as well as new nations that have formed during the chaos of the final years of the war and the aftermath of the destruction of Cyre.

You are an up and coming salvage crew, attempting to scratch out a living, and perhaps strike it rich, plundering the ruins in the Gray, the arcane wasteland known as the Mournland from the ramshackle scavanger town of Salvation. Do you have what it takes to brave dangers of the Gray?

This campaign is based on the Oracle of War series of adventures, but will be expanded upon and rebalanced to make it a full campaign with character arcs and more. The party will find itself exploring and dealing with the nature of the Mournland, the magical wasteland where the nation of Cyre once stood as well as various factions around Eberron such as the Emerald Claw. I will also take the group to various other locals around the Eberron setting such as the fabled City of Towers, Sharn. My name is Carl and I have been playing and DMing Dungeons and Dragons for more years than I would like to count and Eberron is my favorite official campaign setting. This campaign will find the characters exploring and dealing with the nature of the Mournland, the magical wasteland where the nation of Cyre once stood, but will take the group to various other locals around the Eberron setting such as the fabled City of Towers, Sharn.
