Dungeons of Drakkenheim

The once-proud city of Drakkenheim, now a crumbling ruin, is shrouded in toxic haze and plagued by eldritch horrors. When the meteor of delirium struck the city 15 years ago, it brought chaos, corruption, and mystery. The royal family is gone, factions vie for power, and those brave (or foolish) enough to venture into the ruins find riches—or ruin.

But the meteor was only the beginning. Strange whispers call adventurers to uncover the truth behind the delirium crystals, the unearthly creatures that haunt the city, and the city’s many dark secrets. Will you face the madness, navigate the factional politics, and claim the treasures of Drakkenheim? Or will you, too, be lost to the haze?

This campaign will take adventurers from 1st level to 12th level or higher, exploring intrigue, danger, and the unsettling horrors of a cursed city.
