NEW CAMPAIGN Friday Night Dragon Delves 8 pm est. $12 Cover (Free Session 0 THIS FRIDAY)

Wonder awaits heroes bold enough to face a dragon. Delve into mysterious dungeons, explore captivating fantasy realms, and encounter every chromatic and metallic dragon—each with unique temperaments, alignments, and magic. Prepare for adventures that take characters from levels 1 through 12, as they journey through diverse fantasy locations and distinctive dragon lairs… if they live to tell the tale.

Game Length: 3+ hours per session. Games includes a 10 minute booze intermission. Please be available for this period of time.

Starting Level: 1

Discord will be used for voice. No video for we are doing this old school "radio play" style.

Specific rules beat general rules. We are using the most updated understanding of the rules as written (2024 rules\1e adventures). Any unclear rules will be left to the DM to decide but ultimately we tend to be a little loose with the rules sometimes in the name of theatrics in order to make sure everyone has a good time.

Why Pay to Play?

Practically everyone is clamoring to get into a free game online, but there aren't nearly enough experienced DMs to satisfy the demand. Most people endure disappointing experiences like this:

After spending your valuable time laboriously filling out applications, you get rejected more often than not due to the scores of people applying to play each free game. When you do get accepted, players don't show up or are unprepared. Sometimes the DM doesn't show up or is unprepared. It's a frustrating grind to go through time after time, especially when all you want to do is relax and have fun playing.

Here are some of the reasons why professionally-run paid games provide a superior experience:

Charging a modest per-person fee virtually eliminates player no-shows.
The small fee also ensures that everyone in the group is committed to the session.
The maturity level is exponentially higher in paid games.
People don't abandon the group and quit the campaign when something doesn't go their way.
The gaming experience provided by a professional DM is eminently more enjoyable than what you get in a free game.
Material costs associated with running a top-shelf game are covered. Roll20 charges fees for the token, map, and card collections associated with each module, while the actual hardcover books and DM Guild downloads must be purchased separately by the DM so I just need ya'll to cover your end of the deal week to week and no worries.
The DM's Roll20 Pro membership ensures that players have access to all of the extras, including D&D 5e Compendium integration, API scripts, and more.
Custom-designed tokens for your characters are included by Hollow (the DM ) unless you wanna make your own.
Extra help for beginners at no charge. I'll give you a free one hour session zero in voice chat (if thats what it takes) to get aquainted.

This is an immersive Dragonlance experience that includes advanced role-play techniques, effects, and real deal old testament 1e old school shit that isn't available from anyone else on Roll20. And thats the bottom line.

ABOUT THE DM
I've been hosting regular games with great success since 1993 back when I started DMing at my 7th grade school lunch table full of friends.. I remember recruiting players out of The Red Dragon Inn on AOL for impromptu instant messenger Dragonlance games back towards the end of the BBS era. I am 45 years old now and I have never really NOT been a DM of a D&D group pretty much my entire life. I am a forever DM and I've been doing it on Roll20 for over 7 years now! As a community service I admin some of the largest dungeon master help groups on facebook and have also started moderating on Reddit because it's the shit. I still know how to use THAC0. In my opinion, 3.5 is NOT the greatest edition. I've even written a few dmsguild modules that are making their rounds.

I'm ultimately a chill church of the dude type of person. When not doing the D&D thing I'm a rock n roll union musician and I've donated decades of my life helping out schools with computer network and humanitarian aid issues. Let's roll some dice and spin some records. hmu ;)
