Adruan Adventures

(Adding a note at the top that this game is for 5e 2024.)

A group of travelers huddle in a covered wagon, have paid their fare for travel to the large frontier town of Streyhaven, where the isolated, untamed region is fraught with peril, but also with opportunity for profit and power. Wandering far from the heart of the Adruan Empire, the wagon briefly stops in the village of Dustbrook, where the dangers of the frontier will rear their heads, and the travelers will start the search for their fortunes.

Hey there, I'm a DM returning to DnD as well as Roll20 and welcome you to my game. I've decided to try my hand again at running a game after several years away from the hobby and hope you'll come along with me! My game takes place in the Matt Mercer-created Exandria, though mostly for the backdrop of lore and pantheon, the land explored will be separate from the continents from the show.

It's been about two years since I GM'd a D&D campaign and it shall be my first in the 2024 edition. I'll be learning more and more as we play!

We'll be using Discord for voice chat during these sessions, which will run from 3 to 4 hours depending on the preference of players.

While I am will be doing my best to adhere to the canon set down by Matt, the details of Adrua itself aren't set in stone enough that I would turn away idea for a character concept, so don't hesitate to ask.

In your App thread, please list your name, age, experience with the 5e 2024 system, and what your expectations are for me as a DM, and your fellow players, I think that will give a good idea of whether or not we'd all mesh well together.

The start date for the first game is subject to change depending on the level of interest, more specifically postponed.
