Kingdom of Eight 3.0

Welcome to a world divided by gods, magic, and purpose — eight kingdoms born from divine hands, each representing a different school of magic. United thinly under the Capital, the realms now send their brightest students to study, compete, and perhaps one day restore balance to a fractured world.

In this campaign, each player represents one kingdom — and may only cast spells from that kingdom’s magical tradition. Choose wisely where your loyalty lies.

Coniuratio (Conjuration) — The First Kingdom, where life began. Peaceful monks, sailors, and star gazers revere Locus, weaving hope and creation into every spell. (Blue, opal, silver)

Evocatio (Evocation) — A land older than its goddess Existentia, where balance and order flow through nature’s rhythm. Its people wield pure elemental force in harmony. (Orange, olive, maroon)

Illusio (Illusion) — A broken, barren realm devoted to Nihil, god of nothingness. Its outcasts twist perception and shadow, born from necessity, not faith. (White, brown, beige)

Divinatio (Divination) — The kingdom of sunlight and prophecy, where scholars and seers seek truth through divine light. Its people are kind, wise, and otherworldly. (Yellow, pearl, gold)

Necromantia (Necromancy) — Twin to Divinatio but steeped in shadow. The fey walk among the dead here, and chaos breeds sorcery and undeath. (Purple, alabaster, black)

Incantatio (Enchantment) — Ruled by love and song under the goddess Amare, this lush land pulses with passion and emotion. Even darkness can be beautiful here. (Pink, caramel, ebony)

Abiuratio (Abjuration) — A disciplined, virtuous realm where nature and civilization coexist in harmony. Its protectors shield life itself through sacred magic. (Green, teal, cream)

Transmutatio (Transmutation) — A ruthless desert kingdom where survival is transformation. Its people bend body, metal, and magic alike to endure. (Red, chestnut, amber)


Hello everyone! Kingdom of Eight has been my passion project for some time. The time and day is flexible so don't worry too much about that. The main thing is you come with a fun character concept. A little about me. I'm Kat (26f) and I have been playing D&D since 2014. I've played a lot but dm'd far less than I would've liked. It's time to get back into the swing of things I think! The world has over 100 premade NPC/characters you can interact with already (and growing). The story will take place a few months before the school options. Basically a prologue. Also I am homebrew friendly!
