In this one-shot scenario we will take on the role of regular people who find themselves at the Diablo Dam in 1926. We're here by virtue of being employed by Seattle City Light or any other reason one might end up at this remote dam on this auspicious day. Regular people finding themselves in highly irregular circumstances; and on this day their fate will be irrevocably changed.
We will use the classic 1920's CoC mode for this misadventure.
This one-shot is a part of an emergent, serialized 'meta' story-line. Players can hop in and out for any of the cases and mysteries.
