The Lion Guard: A Legend Retold

An endeavor from a friend I would like to revisit and dive into D&D 5e as a first-time DM. Help develop things. Perhaps some one-shots as well, and either way expect a proper D&D Lion Guard Campaign

Why "The Lion Guard"? It has a fantastic roster of characters, and sets up quite the world but... Doesn't do a whole lot with them! Ideal for stepping your own paws into a role. The Lion Guard itself is a natural fit, calling upon the Bravest, Keenest, Strongest, and Fastest of the land, chosen by the Fiercest, nepotism of course placing this title upon the second-born of the king, Kion.

The characters you wish to play shape the campaign, especially the operation of The Lion Guard proper, but the world of the Pridelands is on offer. Talking animals of Africa (and India for some reason.).

The important thing is finding players, and figuring things out from there. Plans can change drastically given that.

Expect play on Monday or Wednesday-Saturday 9AM CST, on Roll20 or Discord. Aim to have a party of 3 at minimum, preferably no more than 6 (including the DM). Ignore "Next Game" unless you're already in!

Also open to running a Play-By-Post campaign as players have expressed wanting the option.

13+ Content only within the campaign. Regardless of age of players due to the source material and young characters.
