The Wild Beyond The Witchlight

Greetings, fair fairgoers! Welcome small! Welcome large! Welcome all! The Witchlight Carnival is a colorful place filled with magic, song and wonder. And wonder you shall. Just what hides behind the shadows?

The members of the party visited the Witchlight Carnival when they were children. They snuck in together and each one had something intangible yet invaluable stolen from them. Fate brings them back together as adults, united by the common goal of retrieving that which they’ve lost. This mission will lead them to journey into lands unlike anything they've ever seen.

For better or for worse, your destiny is now in your hands.

Our first session will be a free prologue/session 0 where you'll play out that fateful night where you visited the carnival for the first time.

This campaign centers a lot more on roleplay and exploration than combat since most conflicts may be resolved with cunning rather than fists.

Hello folks! You may call me May :)

The Wild Beyond the Witchlight holds a special place in my heart, as it was the first campaign in which I've ever played. Thereafter I've ran it multiple times. And, I can confidently promise that it will be filled with intrigue, unique NPC's and difficult choices.

Something that always excites me with this setting is seeing players put the pieces of the world together, then use their creativity to build new solutions to what seemed like impossible challenges.

When it comes to my personal GM'ing style I enjoy enabling the players to explore their own characters and the greater world. Using their choices and themes to steer the story towards unexpected and exciting paths for all of us.

Don't be afraid to drop any questions!
