• Session 0: Our Session 0 (Character creation, safety tools, and tech setup) is completely free!
• The Seat Deposit: To secure your permanent slot in the campaign and receive your Roll20 invite, the registration fee for Session 1 ($15) must be received at least 24 hours before Session 0 begins. If you decide during Session 0 that the group isn't a good fit, just let me know before the meeting ends and I will issue a 100% full refund immediately, no questions asked.
• Weekly Pre-Payment: For Session 2 and beyond, payment for the upcoming session must be received at least 24 hours before game time to lock in your seat.
• Player Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice): If you give at least 24 hours' notice that you cannot make a session, your payment will roll over to credit your next game.
• Last-Minute No-Shows (<24 Hours Notice): Cancellations made within 24 hours of game time, or missing the session entirely without notice, are non-refundable and do not roll over.
• GM Cancellations: If I ever have to cancel a session due to an emergency, your payment will automatically roll over to the following week, or you can request an immediate full refund.
