The Underdark is a subterranean wonderland, a vast and twisted labyrinth where fear reigns. It is the home of horrific monsters that have never seen the light of day. It is here that the dark elf Gromph Baenre, Archmage of Menzoberranzan, casts a foul spell meant to ignite a magical energy that suffuses the Underdark and tears open portals to the demonic Abyss. What steps through surprises even him, and from that moment on, the insanity that pervades the Underdark escalates and threatens to shake the Forgotten Realms to its foundations. Stop the madness before it consumes you!

An official Dungeons & Dragons adventure for characters of levels 1 - 15, taking place in the Underdark.

The party starts as captives of the Drow, stowed away in a slave pit, without any of their gear. Keep that in mind while drafting your character.

This is a text-only game. Even though it's a published adventure, I am hoping to focus on roleplay and character building, and as such I will be selective with choosing the players. The game may end up containing some mature themes, but nothing to warrant an age restriction.

I will allow everything from the PHB as well as Elemental Evil, and most of Unearthed Arcana - if you have something specific in mind, ask away. I might allow some homebrew races/classes - again, provide specifics. Stats will be rolled using 4d6, drop lowest (rerolled once as a set in case of horrid luck). As a disclaimer, I am mostly inexperienced as a DM and my knowledge of the Forgotten Realms is poor; please keep that in mind when applying.

Currently set date and time are placeholders. I am hoping to hold a 3-4 hour long session twice a week, but depending on player availability, the game may be held once a week. My timezone is CEST // UTC+2.

2. Your timezone and availability / preferred times and days of the week. Would you prefer to play once or twice a week?
