Urban Shadows

Hello!
Urban Shadows is a RPG game about urban fantasy. It's not exactly Apocalypse world or Dungeon world but it has very similar mechanics but a totally different setting and feel.This game will be set in contemporary time in Denver (USA). It's an easy game to get into and learn so don't be afraid of asking to join!

*NOTE: THIS GAME IS ABOUT 16 SESSIONS IN AND I'M LOOKING FOR ONE NEW PLAYER TO JOIN THE RANKS. This means several things is established in the fiction but I will work with you to create new things for your character and make the transition as smooth as possible.

I've GM:ed a lot of different versions of apocalypse world games but I really like Urban shadows. It holds a special place in my heart. I would like to play this game with people who wants some great political action in a dark and mysterious town. If you're interested in joining write the name of the main character of Jim Butchers "The Dresden Files" books in your application somewhere. This is just so I know you've read through this.

Some guidelines for the characters you guys will be creating and the type of game I want to run.
Your character should be proactive.
Your character should be able to work with others.
Your character should be a human being with a spectrum of emotions and not a single note person with one personality trait.
Your character should not be a psychopath. You can have little regard for life but you should still care about some people and be able to care for new people. I would like it if you cared about a lot of people of course.
The tone of the game will lean towards serious and dramatic. If you think of this game in movie terms it would be a thriller/action/drama and not a comedy. There will of course be levity and jokes but it's not why we play the game.

If any of this feels like something you would have a problem with then this is not the game for you.

The gametime will be Thursdays at 19.00 PM (GMT+1) and a session will be around 4h with breaks as needed. I'm located in Europe and would like that most of the players are aswell but as long as you can make it to the session I'm happy.

The game is very easy on the rules but demands and encourages roleplaying. We will be playing through discord. If you're interested create a post below or send me a pm and answer these questions. If you can't fill out the application properly you will not be considered for the game.:
