The Edge of Darkness

(Variable time for game, explanations below)

Hello,

I'm a somewhat experienced CoC 7th edition GM whose regular group is on hiatus due to scheduling, I would however love to GM a game during the wait. Looking for 4-6 players (topped it at 9 for selection reasons, and to keep the LFG open in case I get prerequisite amount of players, but an issue occurs, I'd have people on stand-by or people who would like to listen in).

I am running this scenario for a few reasons, partly as a refresher run for an IRL game I'll be playing in the future (have already run it twice on Roll20 in the not-so-distant past), and because I got a new headset so I can actually have legit sound and two ears working - so hyped!

The time is not final, in the sense that 7:30PM EDT is the earliest I can run it on any given night, it would happen on Thursday or Wednesday (whichever works best for interested players, I'd prefer Wednesday evening however).

As for player characters, if you already have your own investigators, you can bring them (as long as they're brand new or haven't had much mythos experience). Since time is limited until the game goes live, I can't guarantee that I'll be free to offer help with full character generation, it might be best to stick with pre-gens (decent batch from the publisher here: http://www.chaosium.com/gm-resources/) or generate one with the quickstart rule-book also free from the publisher: http://www.chaosium.com/free-quick-start-pdf/ (only the first half is rules and character generation).

I'll try to be as responsive (out from 830am-645pm mostly, with an errand tomorrow late in the evening, though I have mobile internet) as possible to make up for the short delay. The game should last anywhere between 4-6 hours and would be preferably done in one go, since sometimes rescheduling can be a terrible task.

P.s: Would be preferable (not obligatory, just VERY preferable) if everyone be playing from a computer, as having players using their cellphones forces us to use Skype which often ends up taking half an hour to start the call, then bugs near game climax for another half hour.
