The Wealthy Merchant

You and your amateur adventurers have been hired by a merchant to provide protection as he transports goods for sale to a nearby village.

In this short adventure aimed at D&D beginners, the aim is to explore some basic game mechanics. Please be advised that this is a real BEGINNERS GAME, so you may become quickly bored if you have any previous experience. We're all starting at level 1 with a standard stat array (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8) - if you don't know what this means, don't worry, I'll try and cover it at the beginning.

This game should last between 1 to 3 hours depending on how much explanation may be needed (date may be changed - but initially it should be the one listed here). Adult language might be used, so I strongly discourage the participation of under 18 years old but won't enforce it.

To enroll, please leave a message with your real name, your real age, your preferred characters name, race and class (there's no need for much detail). If you don't put this information in, I'll assume you haven't read this far and will just ignore your application ;)

And finally, this is just a game; we won't be taking everything to the letter (eg. strict rules), because the focus is having fun!
