Warhamster: Champions of Mudheim

Welcome, to the land of Aurora, a land of magic and danger, glory and intrigue. Where brave, selfless, thoughtful, kind and caring heroes set out to right wrongs in a world filled with complex moral di-pffffffffft...Oh, who am I kidding? It's where a bunch of drunk, greedy, unruly adventurers kick down dungeons doors AND THE BEAT THE SNOT OUTTA SOME MONSTERS. Warhamster The Dungeon Adventure Game, a practical journey back to the roleplaying style of 1979, where loot was king and dead monsters were the rule! Nothing complicated about this campaign, no sir! Each week, players will arm themselves, strap on their best stomping boots and clear out a critter infested dungeon or two; all the while helping themselves to the fabulous treasures within!

Of course, it wouldn't be much of a role-playing if that was ALL there was to it (No matter how fun it is). Warhamster features an old school Goal System (which ranges from players building massive, impenetrable fortresses to amassing god like arcane power that can change the world ) and Contact Quest System (where players help the DM craft Quests that further their characters personal goals and story) that help players work toward their wildest dreams of avarice and glory! Rise from the dirty hovels of Mudheim and travel to Thunderhawk Keep, the Forests of Telbrion, the Caldera of Suffering, The Time Twisted Tower and other such dangerous, ludicrous locations!*

Dungeons, of course (due to the game system of Danger Levels) will start out small, but as the "heroes" rise in power and gain more mind boggling treasure, the dungeons will grow more and more treacherous; Until the time comes that players will find that only one dungeon will satisfy their need for challenge... THE TOMB OF ZOLTROMOS. Can your characters survive the campaign and delve into the cursed depths of this mega dungeon? Why don't you join and find out?

We are currently looking for brave souls to fill out our ranks for our somewhat more.... part time adventurers. Please apply at your local Adventurers Guild!

Games will take place Sunday afternoons at 2:30 Pacific Standard Time

Also, even though the game is "voice only" if you're more comfortable using text than talking, that is fine by me.

(While it still technically is a "Beta" it pretty much completed since the time of Origins 2009 with only page numbers missing)
