Curse of the Crimson Throne

This campaign is occurring at the same time as the Rise of the Runelords - 4707 - but on the other side of the Inner Sea, in Magnimar's rival Korvosa.

The kings and queens of Korvosa have long ruled under the shadow of the Curse of the Crimson Throne - an infamous superstition claiming that no monarch of the city of Korvosa shall ever die of old age or produce an heir. King Eodred II still lives but in fragile health. He has spent the last several weeks in seclusion in Castle Korvosa.

The campaign starts as a group of diverse characters are drawn together to seek revenge on Gaedren Lamm, a man whose destructive influence has impacted each of their lives in different ways
