The forces of Emperor Amaxochitl the Soft and Magistro Exarch Ohtlie wage all-out war for control of the Holy Tzenchitic Empire. But that’s someone else’s deal... what really matters is, where’s your next big bag of gold coming from?! The war is full of opportunity for outsiders and citizens of the empire alike. Someone’s always looking for an extra sword and if they’re not willing to meet your price, you’ll find someone else prepared to pay you while you make them wish they had. And anyway, who can be bothered with politics when in the “uncivilized” corners of the galaxy there’s treasure to be had.

You find yourself toiling away underground, being worked to death by a nefarious blood cult on the planet of Kara. It is only a matter of time until they are finished with you and the cult begins to prepare their sanguine rituals. If only a band of adventures would free you from your certain doom…
