You're thieves, murderers, heretics, apostates, enemies of the state of Talingarde. Each of you has been captured and sentenced for your crimes, you are awaiting punishment in the legendary Branderscar Prison. Your sentence is death, either an execution fitting your crime, death at the hands of an over eager inqusitor or a short, painful lifetime of hard labor in the salt mines of Varyston.
Should you or your fellow inmates manage to escape from the impregnable fortress you each have been branded with an F, signifying you are forsaken. You are branded an outcast and outlaw, all worshipers of Talingarde's patron deity, Mitra, shun you and revile you. Are you a bad enough dude to exact your revenge on those that despise you and seek to do you harm?
Way of the Wicked is an evil campaign, you begin in a prison with no equipment and with the assistance of a mysterious patron you manage to break out of the legendary prison, eventually becoming the big bad yourself. You should probably lean towards the lawful side of evil, I look down on chaotic people in general, but the AP requires you be willing to obey orders for a couple books. On top of that being chaotic can cause intraparty conflict
