Join us! Travel the Sword Coast to unravel the mystery of an iron crisis affecting the region and attempt to discover the culprit(s) behind it.
We will be playing on Wednesday nights from 8pm-12am CST. This is an adapted homebrew game (not a premade adventure) set in Faerun along the Sword Coast. Rules come directly from the Players Handbook. However, there will absolutely be rewards for exceptional roleplaying. The overall tone of the game will be 50/50 – both serious and silly. We are all here to have fun but we also encourage those moments of serious character development and roleplay. If you don’t like roleplaying at all or are looking for just a combat-heavy game – this isn’t the game for you. Disagreements and discussions are expected but keep it respectful. If you can’t – see note about backups. Keep in mind this campaign is marked for adult content and if you’re uncomfortable with what that encompasses, then this might not be the right campaign for you.
Your (primary) DM Kyle has been playing D&D off and on for over 20 years and just recently switched to DMing. Playing the role of hidey-hole DM is Cindi. She has only been playing for a few years but is excited to begin her role as a storyteller. Basically, we are just a couple of nerds… nerding. At least, that’s what our twitter bio says (@CaptainR3boot). If you want to know more, just ask!
Last but not least there is no need to post a character/backstory just yet as we will have a session zero with the accepted applicants for just this purpose. To apply, just use the Application Template below and game on!
Added 6/6 - To clarify, the session 0 will be the first game on June 14. Applications will be looked at throughout the week, and group invites should be sent out by the 10th or the 12th, depending on my work. I'm excited with the applications that have come in and I am eager to see what the group will be!
