Alea iacta est

Hi everybody!

I'm looking for a couple of players for a game of Open Legend. This will be my first attempt at this system, but even complete beginners and newcomers to rpgs are welcome. We'll start with a ''session zero'' dedicated to character creation, world building and scheaduling. I expect this game to run on a weekly basis over the span of the summer holidays.

We will be playing here on roll20 and communicating over Discord. The only recquirement is therefore a working microphone. You should also skim through the open source rulebook found here, but profound knowledge of the rules isn't required.

The setting will be completely homebrewed. The only restriction is the era: pre-industrial. So no hackers and robots. With that in mind, you will be able to create whatever character you wish and draw inspiration from all your favourite fantasy movies, books etc. The worldbuliding process will be heavily based on the information you provide to me regarding your character background.

My name is Steve, I'm 24 years old and I've been GMing for about a year and playing rpgs for about 5 years.
