Hoard of the Dragon Queen

1 more spot left*** Newer GM looking for newer players for a long-term campaign. Laid back play after work. 6:30pm - 9pm most Thursdays. Starting 9/28/17 at 6:30pm. After a 30 year hiatus (I'm 45), I picked up the starter set and books, ran the Lost Mines adventure and I'm hooked all over again. I've spent a good bit of time reacquainting myself with the rules and have a decent handle on roll20 but have yet to run a game online. I'm looking for newer, patient, reliable players with backgrounds similar to mine (close in age and experience preferably) to start the Tyranny of Dragons campaign. We'll create characters using the 5th Edition OGL sheet using the standard array or the 27 point buy-in. Combat will of course be prevalent in this campaign but a premium (inspiration) will be placed on good role-playing, creative thinking and teamwork. We'll use the milestones method of advancement for this adventure as noted in the module. That is, characters will level up after (almost) every episode/chapter. Characters will reach 8th level at the end of the campaign. Then on to Rise of Tiamat if all goes well.
Race/Class: Old School = PHB only. Sorry, no exceptions.
Alignment: Good to Neutral. No evil characters for this one.
Rules: Don't be a jerk. Laid-back play. PG13-ish. No religion, politics, etc. I'll do my best to follow the rules as written but I may veer from the traditional for the sake of smooth game play.
