The Uncharted Island

Mystic Island has indeed always been a puzzle. Geographically, it is assumed to be a couple days worth of sea travel to the north/northeast of Illauran. Illaura, the queen of this energetic and positive spirits town, has always been curious about the possible treasures the island may hold. Does it hold a potential mining resource of copper, silver, or gold? Does the island contain fertile soil for farming, or possibly rich with fruits and vegetables ready to be harvested? And what about the fishing industry, could there be a fortune of fish off its coasts? These questions has always come across the mind of the queen. Indeed, she has in the past sent worthy sea travelers and fisherman to find and explore the island. However, some of the worthy men claim they have never found the island. And some...well, strangely enough, they never made it back. Could someone already be on the island and be cutting off contact with the island? Or is mother nature playing a game? Illaura, a former adventure who is very powerful, smart, and ambitious leader, is loved by her townspeople and does not wish to risk her townspeople's lives nor disrupt them. Instead, she is willing to pay a very high price for the services of brave, honest people who would be willing to risk their lives in order to find out what Mystic Island indeed has to offer...
