I'm a High School Science Teacher in Australia, and it's currently School Holidays. This means I can have some fun, and since there's currently only 12 Star Wars campaigns listed in the lfg, I thought I'd run a Saga d20 Star Wars One Shot.
The time is flexible, within reason: I'm happy to start up to 2 hours earlier if people want, but thought that time might be useful for helping any new players build their characters, plus I want to be able to sleep in. I must finish within roughly 4 hours of the current listed start time as I do still have private students to tutor :)
Basic plot:
You're a level 1 heroic character (level 1 characters are the fastest to build) in a city on Naboo (for some appropriate reason) where Republican forces have tracked down some Separatists, and a battle has started. Thus you can play pretty much anything - a Jedi Padawan, Clone Trooper Soldier, or anyone visiting or living on Naboo.
I chose Saga as it's not too dissimilar to D&D 5e which is obviously the most popular system on roll20 atm, and I really like its mechanics.
The campaign will definitely require you have a reasonable mic, and I'm happy to use roll20 voice, discord or skype depending on majority vote. Other than that, google Saga d20 Star Wars pdf and you should be able to find it easily. Also check out the SagaEdition reddit page* if you want some advice, then make your own thread post about character applications. If at least 3 players show up before the start time we start - it's a one shot so lets have fun with it :)
Character Creation:
32 point buy, as Planned Generation on page 18 of Core Rules. I have some 'minor' houseruling on the Recover Action, Removing Conditions and Second Wind, but otherwise it's all by the core rule book.
