Lost Mine Of Phandelver [LFP]

Welcome to the Lost Mine Of Phandelver, adventurers!

This is a running of the starter set for D&D newbies. Looking for 4-5 brave souls to take up, Gundren Rockseeker's offer and deliver provisions to the quaint town of Phandalin!
The game time will most likely be Wednesday 7/8pm EST (for me it's Thursday 11/12 am/pm AEST).

I myself am a fairly new DM with just a small amount of experience under my belt. Looking to introduce new players into 5th Edition D&D. Preferably I would like players to have an interest in all three pillars of tabletop gaming (Combat, Exploration and Interaction). My aim is to create an immersive, living, breathing world for characters to explore. Each action will have repercussions and every conversation will have consequences (be them good or bad).
On top of that I would like a group of friendly down to earth players that are more than happy to just chat, and get to know each other. It's a social game, so lets be social!
If we can get a good group of players together I am happy to continue on to other modules!
