Tokyo Ghoul: Survive and Conquer

Backstory: Zeswal, a country split up into 24 wards. Between each ward lays a gate guarded heavily by the CCG. The job of the CCG (Commission of Counter-Ghoul) is to regulate all Ghoul activity and to exterminate Ghouls who are revealed to be Ghouls to the public.
Ghouls are predatory creatures that are only able to eat human beings. Ghouls are born with physical strength much greater than an average human and RC Cells 5-10 times that of a human. RC Cells in great quantity gift the ghouls with greater strength and are also able to be used as a weapon. A ghoul can forcibly control their RC Cells in order to use it as they see fit, The structure of RC Cells is otherwise known as a Kagune. Ghouls also look exactly like humans, making the job of distinguishing them from humans almost impossible.
Because of the threat of ghoul’s, the CCG has created weapons known as Quinque’s specially for ghouls. Made from the Kagune of a dead ghoul, a Kagune is able to deal great damage to a ghoul unlike regular human weapons.
After the raid of Aogiri Tree, a ghoul organization which aimed to destroy the CCG, Ghouls were almost hunted to extinction. Humans were able to live without fear of being hunted, and Ghouls had to live in the shadows of alleyways. This is the way it had been for hundreds of years, Humanity has been able to keep ghouls in check. Upon the formation of 3 prevalent ghoul factions, the balance has been tipped. Ever since the formation of ‘Burden of the Rejects’, ‘BlackBane’ and ‘BlueCry’, ghouls have managed to avoid being hunted to extinction. 50 years have passed after the forming of the 3 big factions, and ghouls have successfully blended back into society.
