Pathfinder Run

Nothing like a little adventure! Who can say no to a little pathfinder run?
A dashing urban barbarian as wicked with his words as he is with his blade, with a treasure map and lust for glory(Braga). A half-elf cleric with a penchant for thievery being hunted by something unknown from his past(Garic). A ranger with draconic bloodline and sorceress ability, searching for her lost companion(Larena). A grieving smith who has lost everything, turned warrior and bent on vengeance(Galdric), and a young warden eager to prove herself worthy and to live up to the legends she grew up hearing of her order(Nyx).
Quite the cast so far....Will they be able to work together to overcome their enemies and achieve their own goals and desires as well as face an ominous threat rising in the land threatening all in it's path with oblivion. Perhaps they will meet other brave souls to join and aid them in their adventure in the near future....

The group has struck a blow against their enemy, the tyrannical zealot Khasarak and his followers, but the cost was high as they lost a companion, the valiant young warden Nyx who was consumed by Khasarak's infernal fire. Now the party intend to increase their strength and gather materials to create something to protect themselves from Khasarak's dark powers. Having gained a new ally, a seafaring Inquisitor of the stormbringer acting as a privateer hunting pirates and raiders(Eillyassa), and her ship to transport them, they set out to new lands in hopes of acquiring what they need to stop their enemies plans.

The group has achieved the elusive 5th level! It has not come easily though as the party has lost another companion,the vengeful smith Galdric and his mighty hammer fighting the minions of a vicious Ceynah druid named Vulfang that escaped before they could defeat him..Now they are working for a Tiefling beauty to recover an ancient healing Litany from a ruined temple before a necromancer discovers it and corrupts its power for his own uses. In exchange they will get a new ally, the rather dirty and caustic dwarven warrior Mezzo Cagestoan with his conch to summon help from Merfolk to take back their ship and rescue their crew from the Pirates and bounty hunters who have taken them. Hunted by their enemies and trapped on an island they have to work fast to recover their ship and crew before Khasarak or Daclau-Sar's followers find them.

Having ventured through the grounds and depths of the flooded ruins of an ancient elven temple overcoming puzzles, traps, beast, and monsters,and then recovering the ancient healing litany within after defeating the undead minions of the malevolent Necromantic priest Thelxion(who was determined to acquire and corrupt the litany to serve his dark deity's purpose),the Sacred assassin Murkleth the Wraith, and Thelxion's necromancer apprentice Himiko Akuji, the brave group escaped the temple grounds, leaving victorious but also once again leaving bitter enemies in their wake. On the journey back to deliver the litany they rescued a young elven girl from a determined Alchemist and his Trapper bodyguard.They returned her home and were befriended and rewarded by a small druid protected elven hamlet and celebrated as heroes. After the brief but welcome respite the group made their way back to their Tiefling contact to deliver the litany and prepare with their new ally and resources for the battle to take back their ship and crew held hostage by the Bounty hunter privateers waiting to capture their prized prey dead or alive!

After a daring assault on the Parrilia Caridad(imperial bounty) ship with the aid of merfolk the party was able to subdue the enemy crew and challenge the Captain general Ferdinaldo Delasso to a duel to end the bloody fighting.Victory allowed the return of their ship and crew at last!The party then traveled to the aid of a village of Halflings being forced to excavate the long buried monument tomb of the elementalist order know as the brotherhood of the 4 rings by a horde of Orcs and feral Ogres under command of the half-orc sorcerous Drinza, serving the wicked Vulfang. Using cunning and the Halflings help,they used the weapons hidden within to defeat the ferocious horde and free the village.Now with a companion suffering from the magic of their old enemy they go to seek out the treacherous Vulfang to capture him and force him to undue his curse as well as get answers about the artifact he seeks from the ancient brotherhood of the four rings.But this means they must track him to his stronghold, the tangled library deep in the heart of the Danagoruith swamp and doing so will require the help of the Wildlands Chowk tribe to guide them.Unfortunately the Chowk need some help with the malevolent hungry spirit Soojeit that is plaguing their shamans before they will aid the group! Who said the life of a heroic adventurer was ever easy!

Venturing into the haunted swamp,they encounter and befriend a hulking orc warrior(Sarevok) tracking down traitors to his Pale Axe clan in the swamps and after helping him defeat one of the traitors he joins in their cause.the party. They then met with the Green Witch living within and through some "creative persuasion", the new companion,the dwarven inquisitor Braydon was able to convince her to help them with some knowledge and supplies against their enemy.They learned that Soojeit was conjured,chained, and controlled by a wicked coven of spirit nagas using the hungry spirt to consume and trap other spirits while they fed off them like vampires.The Green Witch sent them to the Tulaag ruins of the Kerrai people where they proved their courage and ability over the wards and guardians within. The tomb spirit Anturaak told them of how they could defeat Soojeit and the two spirit nagas,as the 3rd sister was away at the moment and provided gifts of the honored dead to aid them. The battle was fierce and deadly but eventually the brave adventurers overcame the dread spirit and vile Nagas, though at the cost of their Chowk comrade Laati Wikassi,who had traveled with them since they first escaped from Khasarak. His loss was not in vain though, as with Soojeit destroyed and the consumed spirits freed, the Chowk tribe regained its ability to summon and commune with the spirit realm once again.Now the party will be able to get a Lakowa guide to lead them into the dreaded Strangleroot mire where the Tangled library of the Ceynah druids and their target Vulfang await them...

Having traveled with the spiritually restored Chowk tribe to the Lokowa forest,the group discovers that the dreaded enemy of the plainsmen,the vicious Mayucataa have received a blessing from a mysterious priest whom had summoned a massive nightmare beast on behalf of their blood god.With the blood moon rising the bloodthirsty Mayucataa and their orc thralls were massing behind the Nightmare beast to destroy and enslave the other plainsmen and their lands. With the terrible nightmare beast being too powerfull to face and survive,the lokowa tell of a strange stone elf that they helped many years before that traveled to a Vishkanya village in the Crushed lands to the North.They said he had divine powers and could help them banish the Nightmare beast.The Group sets out to the stonesinger pass through the mountains to get to Katchuya village where the stone elf resides.The group was set upon by hill giants and a trio of cyclops brothers bribed by the wicked Vulfang to capture or kill the party.The party defended themselves but in doing so lost their new companion Brayden the dwarf inquisitor and discovered that they had been tricked by Vulfang into breaking an oath made long ago from a manling that bravely made a deal with the cloud giant king to give freedom to the stonesinger stone giants being used as fodder for the cloud giants war. The King agreed after the manling showed his courage and prowess defeating a giant,but only if man could show restraint and honor as well as fury and power.The stonesingers would remain free as long as manlings spilled no giant blood in their mountain home.The party found themselves soon surrounded by angry stonegiants whom were intent on destroying the oath breakers and using their remains as a warning to other manling trespassers.The Barbarian Braga claimed to be a decendant of the champion that freed them and and offered to try to undo their mistake by passing into the cloud peaks home of the cloud giants and speaking to the cloud giant king so that the stonesingers could remain free.The Stonesingers were convinced and took them to the portal to the Cloudpeaks with a warning that they not return without proof that the stonesingers could remain free.With that they passed through the massive portal into the cloud peaks home of the cloud giants in hopes they could appease the stonesingers.

The party made their way carefully through the Cloud peaks feeling small in a place made for giants.They passed through battfields of giants and avoided huge beast when they could to make their way to a large castle fortress where they were discovered and met with indifference from the cloud giant inhabitants. They learned the Giants have all but forgotten the Stonesingers and have moved on to easier more reliable servants to assist their war effort. The Alchemist caretaker of the apothecary makes them a proposition that if they can recover a lost ring from a visiting Noble then she will use the royal seal and stationary to forge a decree granting the Stone singers their freedom.The party is shrunk even further with her potions so they can traverse the castle drainage for the missing ring.Finding the ring in a den of giant cockatrices forces a dangerous conflict but the party prevails,returning the ring and obtaining the "Cloudpeak King's" declaration of freedom for the stonesingers.They return and convince the Stonesingers that they are finally free gaining safe passage through their lands as well as allies to call upon if in need.They finally get to the Vishkanya village and gain the resources to banish the Nightmare beast as well as a new companion the young half-elf,half Vishkanya Cleric Kestrel.Refreshed and armed with the knowledge that they must deal with both the Nightmare beast and the Oracle the anchors it to this realm they return with the aid of the stonesinger wyverns through the Crushed lands back to the Lokowa forest just in time to help them defend against the Mayucataa and their Bloodgod's terrible Nightmare Beast! The party sets off as a small strikeforce to deal with the Oracle Lilichel,to save her if they can or destroy if they cant.They find their old enemy Maugvor the Half-orc Warpriest holding her and using the bloodthirsty Mayucataa for Khasarak's Horde.During the battle Maugvor cruely slays the rogue Garic and the Orc traitor of the Pale Axe, Sorlug escapes using his shadowalk talisman with Garric's ear under Maugvor's instruction to bring it to the witch Kisidra.The group fights the warpriest while Braga frees the Oracle and severs her connection to the beast which removes Maugvor's divine favor and protections leading to his death at the hands of the party, another blow to Khasarak's plans and forces but at the cost of a companion who had been with them from the beginning.

After the defeat of Maugvor the party returns to help rout the remaining Mayucataa and find that the orc thralls had turned on them after the Nightmare beast was banished and were fighting amonst themselves to declare a new Warchief.Sarevok subdued the orcs and claimed the title after defeating the contenders.After becoming the new chief he left control with the cunning beauty Illyat and the strong but dim Orog Ludraat,having them move the horde south with plans to use them against Khasarak.Joined by the loyal Orc Burbob who helped defend Sarevok against would be assassins,the party then traveled into a forest glade to gain a prize to convince the swamp witch of Strangleroot marsh to help them get into the Tangled library and find Vulfang. They were met on route there by the brave Paladin Celedron astride his stunning black Pegasus.He was sent with news from the Terran Wardens and to gather the party and their ship so that they can make a deadline to get a Terran diplomat to a Baron Lords estate to try for an alliance to help against Khasarak as well as "liberate" a cache of brightmetal ingots needed to make shields and charms versus Khasarak's hellfire artifact. Celedron joined them to expedite their current endeavours and they entered the glade.The men of the party soon all found themselves charmed by the song of three siren Nymphs intent on punishing the trespassers. Celedron with his divine protection was unaffected and was able to convince the nymphs to speak to them.The Nymphs agreed to provide the party with the gift they sought and let them go if they help remove a Terrible evil that has emerged from the Feywild to prey on the children of the nearby tribesmen.The nymphs detest this slayer of innocents but are powerless to remove it.The party agrees and after being provided some weapons of iron set off to find and destroy this evil fey and its minions.
