The sport of riding offers a holistic approach to fitness

Horseback riding is the greatest of all sports: balance, strength, coordination, flexibility. (Have you ever tried riding on a horse without stepping off? Horse riding demands mental toughness endurance, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Also, it requires confidence.
