I'm GMT timezone and interested in sharing success and failure in a world torn from our collective imaginations and finding a long lasting group for (mis)adventure.

From simulating economies with Mighty Max toys to multi-year long MMO roleplay guilds. I'm a huge fan of systemic tools that empower the imagination.

The older I get the more I empowered I am in pursuit of imagination, I've had the opportunity to meet an incredible group, we've run most of SKT and are on winter break, we've run some fantastic one shots. They are the best and I try to learn a lot from them as players when we're not pulling long cons or dealing with demon pacts.

At the time of writing I'm a male twenty nine year old primary school teacher situated in London. I am a staunch believer in making your own fun; Engorge in the joy of wringing out every morsel, I used to clear the maps in Command and Conquer then simulate my own James Bond missions.

Making your own fun is great, making it together is awesome.

I approach games with a hobbyist like approach in that I take it fairly seriously and try to work on my gamesmanship each time I play, (sharing spotlight, teamwork, rules knowledge etc) I'm still fairly laid back and can joke around. However, I like to inject a lot of passion and commitment to most things I enjoy - I respect the time and effort it takes to cultivate a game where everyone's enjoyment is an important but fragile balance. So I guess I'm interested in serious role play and immersive long stories, character arcs, the beauty of tropes, archetypes and if you can fit in a reference to a 90's cartoon you'll have me in the palm of your hands.

Have discovered recently I'm really not a fan of meta-gaming 'advice'. I know there's an elitism to most nerd culture things, where some one feels they have studied the book superfluously and therefore all must heed their advice. Often we know as much as each other I'm just choosing not to engage with that part for my immersion/sense of disbelief. Please don't tell me what CR the creature is, please don't do the odds on its poison one shotting me, please don't tell me to 'focus the mage' before we even know the kobold is a shaman. Let my character figure out, if he dies, he dies. - Ivan Drago.

You must gather your party, before venturing forth.
