Hello. My name is Ceres and I am thirty-eight years old. My timezone is US Eastern but I have an eccentric sleep schedule that often sees me awake at strange times. I'm a forever GM looking for an opportunity to be a player for a change, and I'll be glad to GM or co-GM something for you in trade. While I am okay with PbP games I prefer live text when possible. I will consider most systems, but will absolutely not play Masks. I do not enjoy west march or 1x1 games.
While I have other interests, I am primarily looking to find people interested in games about super-people; not superheroes necessarily, but people with fantastic abilities and origins and the personal struggles that come with them. I am also interested in urban fantasy, sci-fi, and Pokemon settings. I prefer settings where I can create my own backstories and personalized villains rather than having them foist upon me (like when everyone shares a common power origin).
I would rate my Eight Engagements from most to least enjoyed as Fantasy, Narrative, Expression, Challenge, Fellowship, Discovery, Sensory Pleasure, and finally Abnegation. In other words: I am most interested in becoming part of a realistic, verisimilar worlds with strong overarching narrative, and overcoming tactical and ethical challenges in that world alongside my friends.
I am willing to help GMs with whatever they may need assistance with, from vetting characters (superheroes and pokemon both have complex sheets!), to setting or plot design, to hot seating with the GM so that they can have an opportunity to play in their own game.
I am currently most interested in playing Nephthys AKA "Cuddlebug;" a mute but highly expressive and intelligent scarab-themed gynoid of unknown origin found under the deserts of Egypt. If that doesn't suit your game, I have many other troubled but heroic cuties waiting to adorably kick ass for you.
