Call me Sunny.
I basically never stopped playing pretend, hanging onto it all the way through middle school (!) and transitioning straight to D&D 3E. I'm an extremely high effort perma-GM -- I do elaborate multimedia openings for my games -- that enjoys collaborative storytelling and a good mechanical challenge; while I usually tend towards lighter stories with happy endings, I also enjoy drama and adversity along the way to that destination. My games and characters generally have heavy inspiration from animation, both western and eastern.
I don't do voice games, as I have difficulty with auditory processing without body language; I take my turns quickly in text and I hope you will too.
While I very much enjoy games with 18+ elements, they are not required, and this shouldn't be confused with an interest in grimdark stuff.
With Pathfinder games I greatly prefer 3rd party material to be available; with 5E I use Unearthed Arcana lightly but don't need it. I enjoy Star Wars Saga but I love FFG's Star Wars Game. Pass on WEG d6, it was great for its time.
