Being a videogame enthusiast in general, i always felt drawn towards story oriented games and fell in love with the Shadowrun games by harebrained schemes, and as far as i can tell those feel pretty much like a tabletop rpg.
I've played multiple one shots and some longer campaigns of D&D 5e, am currently DMing a heavily homebrewed Storm King's Thunder, so i'd say i'm fairly experienced and have a good grasp of the rules (without being a rules-lawyer).
I'm a non-native, but rather fluent english speaker; in fact i'm german, so most of the dates people from the US set for these games are at absurd times in my time zone, but i've proven willing to get up at 3 am to play.
I'm in my mid twenties, working as an occupational therapist at a small hospital and overall pretty boring.
Up until now i've been mostly playing the good guy in choice-based games, favor personal safety over loot and like to prevent myself and my teammates as well as others from dying, if possible. I generally prefer talking my way out of things as well as using bluffs, diplomacy and trickery to my advantage.
