I got pulled into Dungeons & Dragons 5e by Critical Role. I've played D&D 5e for years now.
I went to Renaissance Fairs a lot when I was younger. I also went to Medieval Times and cosplayed at conventions. The role-playing aspect of DnD is a huge draw for me. I was a drama student for years, and that stuff is fun.
If at all possible I would like to join an LGBTQ friendly group. It would be more comfortable for me.
