I've been playing D&D since I was 8 and I started in 2nd edition and have played every edition since. I've also enjoyed numerous other systems both popular and obscure that I try to learn from to enrich the gaming experience overall. I prefer a good mix of combat and roleplaying in my games and I love compelling characters and drama over large numbers and impervious characters. I can min-max with the best of them and it gets boring. I play these games to create a collaborative story that everyone is apart of and I enjoy memorable characters with flaws and fun party dynamics. I'll take a fun group of like minded adventurers over a draft pick of elites any day of the week because I feel the stories are always better that way.
