I am relatively new to Tabletop RPGs. I played some rounds of Deadlands and really enjoyed it. The most interesting part for me is the storytelling -- thinking of weird and absurd things that could happen and playing the character as I feel it should be played.
For example in the Deadlands rounds I was a reporter and have done really stupid things, because I was too curious and so ran into many dangerous situations without being the least prepared for it.
Also I am open to new concept, non-standard RPGs, hidden Indie gems, ...
Games which have caught my attention:
- Over the Edge
- Dogs in the Vineyard
- Apocalypse World
