First found out about D&D when I finished Dragons of Autumn Twilight in mid year 1984. So I found an AD&D game set and me an a bud played. We would trade off DMing and playing. We ran 5 characters each. It was more of a real life video game and less like D&D was suppose to be played with the Role Playing. But I got hooked. I played my last game in that era in 1991. Things changed. I left D&D for many years but always thought about it. I tried playing video games that were in the D&D genre but it was not the same. So in December of 2016 I found a group that was meeting not far from me and decided to show up. Bought the PHB a set of dice and two minies, two dwarfs from earlier sets I found in the used bin at a shop around here. And I am rehooked. This time playing it like it is meant to be played. With other people, role playing. I decided to start DMing and to pretty much train on Roll20 so I can get my chops back and learn 5th edition with some friends. I love it. Well. That is me. Pleased to meet ya. Roll initiative.
