I hadn't played DnD since I was a kid, then got back into it a few years ago. I got to play some 4e and several months of a Pathfinder campaign. I spent the most time creating a Minotaur Thunderborn Barbarian for 4e that I never really got the chance to play. Shit happens.
I've been playing the 5e system since the beginning and I really like it. I thoroughly enjoy the role play nature of it. I prefer to build a char for flavor over min/maxing. But I'm not stupid about it.
I have since expanded my repertoire to include Vampire the Masquerade, FATE, and The Dresden Files version of FATE.
