Life-long role-player that traces my love for D&D back to 6th grade in 1982 when I first received D&D Basic (the Red Box set) where a dwarf was a class! At the same time, I received Traveller's little black box set and I was off to the races. I have played and DMed D&D Basic, AD&D 1st and 2nd editions, and Pathfinder 1st Edition for going on 38 years!
I love to tell stories and while I love the awesome battlemaps that come with modules, I like to create my own campaign ideas within famous gaming settings (e.g., Forgotten Realms, Golarian, Greyhawk, etc.).
I am not a rules lawyer and in fact, I think the DM should have 100% power to adjust the rules as needed (consistent with Gary Gygax's introduction comments to the Red Box, when he said that the rules were simply guidelines and the DM was the ultimute authority).
I am respectful of others and love to laugh.
