~~ About Me ~~:
I am a young woman in her 30s who loves playing video games and reading romance books and watching cartoons and some types of anime.
I used to work in the educational system, but now work as an independent private tutor for grades K-6. :)
~~Some Details of Things I like~~
I like reading books, playing video games and board games, drawing, and started learning a bit of cake decorating.
I love gentle romance novels, light hearted tv shows like adult sitcoms, light hearted anime, and some children's shows, with the occasional tv drama show or teen show.
I like various types of video games. I like: action/adventure games (like Tomb Raider, God of War, etc), simulation games (Harvest Moon; Story of Seasons; the Sims; etc), point-and-click-adventure games (King's Quest, etc) some dating sims/romantic visual novels, and, of course, some action-rpgs (epecially Elder Scrolls games).
~~My RP Experiences~~
I have played multiplayer co-op in video game RPGs, but not too much experience with tabletop/traditional RPing. I have been a player for a few short online post-by-forum RP sessions on a couple of forums and through online text chats.
I also have played in mostly one-shot sessions of tabletop RPGs. My early tabletop experiences were a being a player in a one-shot Golden Sky Stories session, a player of a few sessions of D&D 5e, a player in some one-shot Savage Worlds and OSR-type of games, and GM’ed a Blue Rose AGE game (in pbp format). I have also recently played a one-shot of Fate as well.
I have really enjoyed my RPing experiences, so I am interested in participating in more RPGs. :-D
I really liked Golden Sky Stories, D&D 5e, and homebrewed OSR/D&D and Black Hack, etc. I also recently played and enjoyed Fate, so I'm open to playing some more.
I have a Discord account and a headphone-mic, so I'm open to either voice-chat or text-chat types of play. :)
~~My Playstyle~~
*Gamist/Simulationist/Narrative: I'm in the middle, sort of. I am open to some story systems like Fate, and then simulation/game-y stuff like D&D.
I tend to roleplay my characters as being friendly, straightforward, protective/supportive towards teammates, sometimes very aggressive, but never the sneaky/stealthy types. (I fail at stealth play. :-P )
Alignment-wise, always love playing the Chaotic Good or Neutral-Good types.
Roleplaying-wise, I like exploration, role playing in towns, and combat.
