I've been running Pay to Play games for almost 2 years now and currently run regular weekly games Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I have 25 weekly players, many of which have been with me for close to a year and a few from the very beginning. There is also a Discord community with 50 people made up of former and current players.
