Founding Member of Disunity Union's First congress, and now Storyteller Emeritus for the second Congress which follows the following tenants:
Love the Game – Regardless of what you get from roleplaying, you should be here because you love to do it. With a real passion for this hobby comes the responsibility to respect and tolerate your fellow gamers, because if you do not respect your fellow players you do not respect the game you’re playing in and the person who runs it.
Contribute – Contribution is the only way this stays fun, and those who contribute should always be rewarded to prevent burnout.
Cooperate – We are all here for the same reasons, but sometimes those reasons get muddled when we’re pretending to be another person. It is not “Metagaming” or “Cheating” to tailor in character choices for out of character group cohesion and cooperation. It’s in fact just good practice.
Overcome Interpersonal Problems – Also known as drama, is something we all would like to avoid ostensibly; some would say that it’s impossible to avoid. Problems happen, and the best way to deal with them is to try and become friends with those you play with PRIOR to disagreement.
