Veteran role player, I've played a wide variety of RPGs, and always enjoy trying new things. I tend to prefer simulationist type systems (for example, I don't really like FATE).

Fantasy > Challenge > Discovery > Narrative > Fellowship > Sensory > Expression > Abnegation.
Sensory: Medium-Low. I like visuals and descriptions, but I don't need anything excessive. Tokens on maps and line drawings are usually sufficient, but I appreciate generated maps and dynamic lighting.
Fantasy: Ultra-High. Immersion is key. I want to immerse myself in a character and lose myself in the world, and for the world to react and progress in an internally consistent manner.
Narrative: Medium. A strong story is necessary, but it doesn't need to be a masterpiece.
Challenge: Very High. I want to feel like I've achieved a victory, not been handed one. I'm happy with dark souls level of difficulty - very difficult, but completely fair. I prefer challenges that can be solved with wit and cleverness over ones intended to be solved with combat and good dice rolls.
Fellowship: Medium. I want to make friends, but I don't need to be best friends.
Discovery: Medium-High. Exploring the world, understanding how it makes it tick, is very interesting to me. This ties in with Fantasy for me. The more complicated or detailed you can make it, the better.
Expression: Low. I want to explore and manipulate the world, not create it. My enjoyment of roleplaying usually is more about Fantasy and Challenge.
Abnegation: Null.
