Back in the 90's I played a few different games, D&D lead to Hackmaster or Palladium then on to Rifts or TMNT. We ran a semi-regular game with a regular group of players.
Fast forward 10ish years and I tried D&D again with the same GM and new players. That ended poorly as the GM was less interested in a fun game or any sort of playable structure and more interested in trying to recreate some obscure anime only he had seen with a set of house rules that only he was allowed to know.
Now I'm 40, married with 3 kids and found D&D on YouTube. Then I found Roll20 and bought a 5E Player's Handbook.
I would like to get into a regular game with mature players and see if I can rekindle the same good times I remember from back in the day.
MDT -7, Canadian, preferably Friday, Saturday or Sunday but I can make other nights work for the right setting.
