Welp, I should probably fill this out so people don't think I'm a bot or something.
My name is Rachel, and I am a person! I am currently in college, pursuing a degree in electrical engineering. It is fall now, so I am likely involved in local games or, more likely, buried in unfinished lab reports and other things I should have done last week. This means I will likely have little time for games on Roll20, unfortunately. (That said, if you start up Ra'ven again, Will, I'll shuffle stuff around and MAKE time for it.)
Anyway, as far as games go, I'll try pretty much any system at least once. I like playing in campaigns that are more RP-based, as opposed to "WARGLEFLARGLE KILL IT BECAUSE IT'S THERE!"-type games, but all I'm really looking for is a good story. (I may replay a character in a different campaign, if I feel that they did not receive a good enough story, or more likely, if I just enjoy playing them enough.)
Characters so far: (characters currently in a game are marked with an asterisk)
(If anyone lets me play a Candothist http://dungeons.wikia.com/wiki/Candothist_(3.5e_Race), especially a Teroccus Candothist http://dungeons.wikia.com/wiki/Candothist,_Teroccus_(3.5e_Race), they will be my hero. For pretty much ever.)
*Nilani, the overly paranoid elven rogue, who would not speak for days, as she was afraid of something indescribably horrible hearing her, out in the void. Is likely in the library, reading about mimics or something. May or may not be planning something and/or hiding multiple stabbing implements somewhere on her person.
*Tiriel, the mute elven linguist and bounty hunter, who was abducted by pirates (or cultists, or unscrupulous mercs, or other assorted degenerates) at some point in her childhood. She is accompanied by her feathery companion, Sarrim the raven. Is likely resting in a relatively safe spot. May or not be just amazingly weirded out right now and/or contemplating things she hasn't even bothered to think about for at least a century. (NOTE: Pretty much every campaign she's been in has prematurely ended.)
Jenka, the tibbit rogue, who escaped an unfavorable union and journeyed to the Abyss, only to be snatched by an Inevitable and brought back where she started. (the wrong kind, apparently) Is likely sitting grumpily at her betrothed's lair/palace/castle/cave, under lock and key, while wedding preparations resume. May or may not be frantically researching Inevitables and/or wondering why one usually sent to fix PLANAR BREACHES was sent to snatch a silly little cat like her. (likely to be used in a campaign in the fall)
Merkli, the nocturnal human oracle, who apparently dyes her hair. She's a crazy kid with crazy powers, who reveres a crazy, and possibly violent, dead goddess. Sometimes accompanied by a fairy dragon named Sumaadi. Is likely running around and being hyper, or sleeping on her current guardian's shoulder. May or may not be just amazingly, unfathomably old and/or leading an enclave of dire badger seers. (will be used in another campaign in the fall, but her backstory allows for other instances of her to exist throughout the multiverse)
Oshta Sonos, the perpetually-cold vanara rogue. She tends to avoid combat whenever possible, and near-constantly reminds her companions "I'm not in the Guild, I'm a LOCKSMITH." Afraid of cats. Is likely reading a book while hanging upside-down from her tail. May or may not be actually in the Guild and/or cursed by some snowy deity.
Senna Tarris, the grumpy dhampir paladin. She tends to downplay her dhampir-ishness, saying she has "an infirmity." Has a brother in town, who runs a shabby little magic shop. Is likely in a dungeon somewhere, quite literally stomping out evil.
*Pelk, the kobold paladin of Godzilla. She is almost contantly grinning that sharp-toothed grin of hers, roaming around looking for "something to protect, and something to destroy." Tends to get in trouble a lot, unfortunately. Is likely either considering the implications of all the craziness that happened last time, or compiling a report of recent skullduggery.
