Nothing here folks, just a confused DM running around trying to get her monsters back in their cages until needed; the fog-of-war back across the seemingly endless span of land and remember the processional order of battle...
Of course, in the meantime, (while I'm waiting for the planets to align themselves) I play a Sorceress, with a chequered past, and realign the planets myself - if I get a decent roll... "C'mon already... meat-shields out in front..."
You sense someone crawling up your back, peering over your shoulder as you stare at the fiery red-eyes of the creature lumbering toward you at a fair clip. The sound of a bull-whip snapping nearly deafens you when a bolt of white-flame crackles, exploding as it touches the poor devilish-monster's hide, singeing a large portion down to raw flesh and charred bones. "Here now," you grouse, shrugging me off as you move to slide your blade neatly into the writhing creature's heart, ending its misery, "I thought I got first swing!"
I've tried classes other than a sorceress... I still prefer the old witch... :0)
PS: That 'pro' designation just means I paid to use some of the kewl features Roll20 offers - it in no way infers I am a pro player... although if it gets me extra XP - heck, yeh, I'm pro, darling... LOL (UPDATE: I did not make enough use of the kewl features to continue holding the PRO designation, but hey, if the XP is handed out - I'm still pro darlin'.)
