Wallace Cleaves has been playing D&D and other RPGs since the early 80s. He is one of the two writers at LudusLudorum.com, where he mostly writes about the the relationship between medieval culture and fantasy role playing games. Professionally, he has a doctorate in medieval English literature and teaches writing, and medieval and Native American literature at a university. He is also a member of a Southern California tribal nation.
