My interest in D&D began when I was very young, listening to my older brothers play AD&D 2E. I was introduced more fully to the immense universe when I first played Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn in middle school. When I was in my teens, I read my first D&D-inspired book: "Homeland" by R.A. Salvatore. Since then, my interest has continued to grow. I have been an occasional player and a more-dedicated GM for over 10 years, and have since read an unfathomable amount of modules, one-off adventures, and homebrew content, and have GM'd a number of campaigns - some long-term, some short-term - mostly located in the Forgotten Realms play setting. I have played and am familiar with AD&D 2E, 3.5, D&D 4E, D&D 5E, and PF2E. I believe each edition I've played has had its own unique qualities, and though I may find certain favor in a particular one, I am unable to deny that each is fun in its own way. I'm a stickler for character development and backstories, and enjoy creating interesting characters and NPCs to make my worlds more vibrant and immersive.
